Booger, I have no idea how big your 4ft is, but it has been well and truly overhead at Miami today. One bomb set was a couple of feet overhead. 4ft is a pretty reasonable call today.

Well I don't know about that but I wouldn't go out calling the bomb size how big the day size was. I mean there was some 4ft ones but fvck they only came around once in a while. So remind me when a tsunami comes and when I look at brizzo net and it says 20ft, I'll think most of time it will be 20ft and that it only wont be just one big wave. Thanks for the heads up ben.

Booger, I have been watching the surf all day at Miami, and I was shooting at Burleigh for 20mins this morning where the sets were pouring through. There's been pretty consistent waves around 3-4' every minute or so atleast, if not more often than that.

The "bomb set" I saw around 1pm was about 5' (but I only saw one set that big - it broke a looooong way out the back at Miami), but my calls are usually the average of the set waves.

So how big was today in your opinion then? 1-2'?

I'd say Dbah was def 4ft. I went there about 11 after I went to straddie. Straddie was not picking up the same size though. I mean there was some 4ft ones but they were really a long time apart. I don't know what the open beaches were because I didn't have a look. There is no way I'd call straddie 4ft today. Dbah yes, straddie no.

However I'm looking forward tommorow.

its all right booger ill back u, i was there as well. fuk off straddie was 4ft thursday, there mite of been a few 4fters but it was so inconsistant. i seen palmy and i reckon it was bigger. as for dbah, i went there about mid day as well and it was way way bigger and more consistant than straddie. how uncrowded and good did it get around lunch?

the spit was the best ive seen it on tuesday. but that doesnt mean much cause ive never seen the joint cranking. the big high tide in the morning sunk the back bank so the waves were making it all the way in to shore before they broke, in nice a-frames

I went on Wednesday and it was better than straddy. NO barrels or nothing perefect for you shitty stand ups where it was just a nice wall so you chop it about 50 times.
