SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTSThe Free trial plan does not require any payment or any obligation. We can refund paid subscriptions within 7 days if you're not satisfied with our service. If there are 1mth, 3mth, 6mth or 12mth fees for your subscription, BurleighCam will notify you, no later than seven days before the expiration of your subscription term, that your subscription is ending, and that BurleighCam will, unless otherwise notified by you, bill, at whatever monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly subscription rate is in effect at that time, automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process, at the start of the period. If ordering the Free 7 day trial plan you do not need to enter credit card details or make any payment to activate the plan.
You do not need to cancel the Free trial plan it will cancel itself on expiration and it will not automatically renew to a new plan. If you have a paid subscription and would like to cancel your membership you can do so by contacting us at anytime or by replying to the renew email notification stating that you wish to cancel your subscription.
LIMITATIONS OF MEMBERSHIPOnly one individual may access BurleighCam member pages at the same time using the same username or password. BurleighCam may discontinue or change BurleighCam services, or its availability, at any time, and you may end your subscription at any time. When using the free 7 day trial plan you only have access to the 7 most recent reports for the duration of 7 days from order date.
COPYRIGHTAll BurleighCam content including, but not limited to, reports, photographs, images, and video clips, unless otherwise stated, is the property of BurleighCam and is protected by copyright. You agree not to reproduce, copy, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content downloaded from BurleighCam to anyone without the express written consent of BurleighCam. If you would like to reproduce or distribute any of the content you find on our site, please contact us.
